P.A.C.E.

A unique one of a kind program for Parent and Child. Designed for children ages 7-12 yrs. of age. This 12 week program enlists the support of the parent along with the fitness trainer to engage the child in age-appropriate drills for cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and coordination. The emphasis is on learning to become active in self generated activities that are fun and beneficial. Nutritional guidance and proper food choices are also covered as they are vital in the prevention of childhood obesity.
